Saga Dawa Festival Tour 2024
May 16 – May 30, 2024
This special tour takes you to the sacred Mount Kailash during the biggest festival of the year. Saga Dawa Festival celebrated the day of Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and death. It attracts thousands of pilgrims from all around Tibet, India, and the world.
You will see the greatest diversity of Tibetan national dress as people wear their best clothes for the festival.

Shoton Festival Tour 2024
August 4 – August 12, 2024
Great way to experience Tibetan cultural and religious life as we join them in celebrating one of the most important Buddhist festivals.
Shoton or yogurt festival is celebrated in August and attracts pilgrims from all over Tibet. We will visit the most important festival events.

Peach Blossom Tour: from Lhasa to Nyingchi
April 1st – April 8, 2024
The 8 days Peach Blossom Festival tour combines cultural exploration with opportunities to enjoy the incredible landscapes of Tibet. We will start our tour in Lhasa, the capital of Tibet. In Lhasa, we explore Potala Palace, 7th-century Jokhang Temple, Sera, and Drepung monasteries.
After that, we will take the scenic road toward Nyingchi, the Eastern region of Tibet. Nyingchi is famous for its gorgeous natural views, where you can enjoy the sights of lush green vegetation covering mountain slopes, rivers, lakes, and of course the famous peach blossom.

TREKKING IN TIBET
Historically, the majority of Tibetans were nomads, and they were constantly moving to find new places for their herds. They were traveling through the mountains on foot, covering great distances. Nowadays we can walk these historic routes and enjoy the views of untouched nature, the highest mountain ranges, fast rivers, and crystal clear lakes.

After spending time in Lhasa acclimatizing and exploring the capital, we will drive North-West. This beautiful trek runs from Tsurphu Monastery to Yangpachen Monastery. We will walk through vast valleys, cross a few high passes, meet nomads, and visit monasteries and temples.

Old Thingri to Everest
We start our journey in Lhasa to acclimatize and explore the capital. After that we will drive to Old Thingri and start 60km trek. It runs through vast valleys, mountain streams and rivers, nomad settlements with a view on the highest mountain range on the planet.

FESTIVALS IN TIBET
Buddhism plays an important part in the lives of all Tibetans. That’s why most of the festivals in Tibet are religious. They are widely celebrated and visiting during one of the festivals is a great way to experience Tibetan culture. The main festivals are Losar - Tibetan New Year, Saga Dawa - the day of Buddha’s birth, enlightenment, and parinirvana, Shoton or yogurt festival, and butter lamp festival.
